The website offered stairlift options, all priced openly so we could see from the very start what it was going to cost. The survey offered by Rob was friendly and very informative giving us confidence in the company and product and after sales service from the onset. The professional installation provided by Martin together with the simple and friendly explanation of how the stairlift works and what we have to do should we experience any problems in the future with the stairlift gave us confidence in the equipment and the future support available should we need it. A great product and an excellent customer focused service provider gave us great comfort in the purchasing process of a very important piece of equipment that will enable Janet to access upstairs safely. Rob and Martin both answered any questions we asked and explained simply and not in a complicated way how I should use my stairlift taking all the stress from us. Martins kind and friendly installation made getting my stairlift more exciting for me. I will now be able to go upstairs in my home again.
