Oakland Warranty & Support

Once your stairlift is installed you will be completely supported by Oakland's Aftercare Service, ensuring you have that little extra peace of mind that if your stairlift breaks down for any reason we will be on hand to help you.

All our new and reconditioned stairlifts come with a full 12 Month Warranty from the date of your installation. Our rental stairlifts come with a full Lifetime Warranty for the duration of your rental.

Once your warranty has expired, we will be happy to extend it with one of our Oakland Lift Care Plans, this will give you total peace of mind!

A member of our Aftercare Team will contact you when your warranty is about to expire to discuss our Liftcare Plans in more detail, then you can decide whether you wish to extend your warranty for a further 12 or 24 months.

Regular servicing by our fully qualified engineers should ensure that your stairlift stays in good working order.

For an affordable fee, we have a range of Plans to include servicing, breakdowns, parts and labour.
